Chief Financial Officer in EvoPlay

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the company's financial strategy to support long-term growth and sustainable development.
• Manage financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Control financial reporting, performance analysis, risk and liquidity management.
• Ensure company compliance with all regulatory and tax requirements, including compliance standards set by the regulator.
• Manage internal and external audits, maintain contact with auditors and other financial consultants.
• Optimize tax planning and capital management strategies.
• Develop strategies to increase profitability and operational efficiency.
• Participate in strategic decision-making and support the executive team in financial matters.
• Interact with investors and stakeholders by providing transparent and timely financial information.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting or related fields.
• English language - level B2 and above.
• CPA, CMA or CFA certificates will be an advantage.
• Proven experience as a financial director or in a similar position in an iGaming, financial or technology company for at least 3 years.
• In-depth understanding of financial legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Experience managing financial operations, including planning, analysis, reporting and risk management.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, team management experience.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and strategic thinking.
• Ability to be successful in a fast-paced environment and highly competitive environment.
