- Implementation of fifinancial technologies.
It will be a plus:
- Experience in the beauty field;
- Experience in business process development, automation of manual processes;
- Creation of dashboards.
Awaiting results for the 1st month - a detailed introduction to the company's financial processes, analysis of the current state of the finance department, establishing communication with the team, formed a vision for the development of the finance department;
for the 3rd month - a noticeable increase in the efficiency of the department compared to the previous one quarter;
for the 6th month - successful implementation of planned measures.
There will be the following TASKS:
- Implementation and management of financial projects, initiatives;
- Development and monitoring of budgets and compliance control;
- Formation of financial reports, including operational and actual PL, and cash flow reports CF);
- Financial support of investment projects. Calculation, analysis and accounting of indicators of investment projects and activities;
- Organization of accounting, management and tax accounting.
