We are looking for a Chief Financial Control Specialist in our team

Requirements:

•  Higher education in the specialty "Finance/Economics/Accounting; 

•    Professional qualification: completed or in progress such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA is an advantage; 

•    3 years of work experience; experience in the oil and gas industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities:•    Comprehensive analysis of budget proposals provided by Central Federal District. Update of monthly forecasts with preparation of P&L, CF, BS

•    Control of budgets of operating expenses/ administrative and capital expenses, analysis of deviations, preparation of justifications;

•    Monthly analysis of financial and operational results, factor analysis; Monthly/Quarterly/Annual review of KPI implementation;

•    Development of recommendations for business to improve financial indicators and efficiency;

•    Review of business cases for production unit projects;

•    Checking, approval of contracts, acts, other documents; control of the use of analysts, the status of documents;

•  Control of payments within the limits agreed by the budget;

•  Participation in projects to implement accounting IT systems;

•  Calculation of the cost of works and services for VGO and external contracts;

•    Providing documents and information to the accounting department for carrying out cost calculations according to the regulations;

•  Optimization of financial and management reporting processes in various functional areas.
