Functional duties: Implementation of the development strategy Microbusiness (Professionals) in terms of credit direction, making proposals and corrections; Support for the work of network branches regarding the sale of Microbusiness (Professionals) credit products; Participation in the development of trainings and exercises for employees of the branch network; Conducting online and offline training for branch employees; Implementation and maintenance in the current state of materials regarding the Microbusiness (Professionals) sales model in the branch network; Participation in the process of developing, making changes and supporting new and existing Microbusiness (Professionals) credit products; Ensuring effective communication regarding news and changes in credit processes and products of the Microbusiness (Professionals) direction );Analysis and control of profitability of Microbusiness clients (Professionals) and making proposals for its increase. Requirements for candidates: Education: higher economics. Education and qualification level: master (specialist). In-depth knowledge of financial analysis of enterprises (legal entities and sole proprietorships), experience preparation of credit applications. Negotiation skills and experience in active sales (legal entities). Confident user of excel. Skills in conducting business correspondence.
