• Ensuring stable, secure and efficient operation of the Microsoft 365 cloud platform, including user management, security, compliance policies.

Our expectations from the candidate:

• Work experience of 4 years or more;
• Higher technical education (Information technologies, Cybersecurity, etc.);
• The level of English is not lower B1;
• 3+ years as a Microsoft 365 administrator or system administrator with relevant responsibilities;
• Confident administration of components:
      - Exchange Online
      - SharePoint Online
      - Microsoft Teams
      - Intune / Endpoint Manager
      - Azure Active Directory / Entra ID
      - Microsoft Defender for Office 365
• Management by users, groups, licenses (through the portal and PowerShell);
• Setting up security policies: MFA, Conditional Access, DLP, Defender;
• Experience in implementing compliance policies (Compliance Center);
• Monitoring performance and security (Security & Compliance Center, Audit Logs);
• Understanding the concepts of Zero Trust, Identity Protection and hybrid AD;
• Experience in working with PowerShell (M365 and Exchange Online modules);
• Microsoft certifications (may be an advantage), for example: MS-102: Microsoft 365 Administrator; AZ-104: Azure Administrator Associate.
• Responsibility and attention to detail, analytical thinking, the ability to work in a team.
