We are BRNR — a corporate investment fund of Boosta (an international IT company with a portfolio of successful product and affiliate marketing companies). Since 2022, we have invested in 9 projects and currently manage a portfolio of more than 15 projects.
Now we are looking for a Chief Executive Officer to lead one of our subscription-based businesses.
As a CEO , you will have the unique opportunity to shape the strategic direction and future success of the subscription-based business, leveraging our financial and operational resources, network, and expertise.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement the comprehensive business strategy, steering the mobile startup from its inception to achieving market success.
- Recruit top talents, coach, and manage the team to reach business goals.
- Be the final decision maker and responsible for the overall success of the business.
- Supervise financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation to optimize the business’ financial performance.
What we expect from you :
- Proven experience as a C-level or Senior-level manager, or IT entrepreneur, preferably in subscription-based businesses.
- Demonstrated ability to create, execute, and iterate on business strategies and product roadmaps.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and empowering high-performing teams.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and investors.
