Ensuring the implementation of the development strategy in accordance with the development plan within the agreed budget. development of a system of continuous professional development and its implementation at the levels of processes and corporate culture. Organization of the development of a quality control system and continuous improvement of processes and its implementation. Requirements for the candidate Experience in management positions, preferably in the position of CEO. Knowledge of languages: Ukrainian and English - fluent. Support of Ukraine. In-depth knowledge of strategic analysis methods. Understanding of the basics of change management and adaptation to market conditions. Understanding of psychology motivation, decision-making, group behavior. Ability to work with financial management, in particular: Analysis income, expenses and profitability. Calculation of key financial indicators: EBITDA, ROI, ROE. Budget formation and management of investments and cash flows. Knowledge of the principles of building a marketing strategy and analysis of market needs. Experience in scaling sales and building long-term relationships with customers. Innovation management skills and introduction of new products or services. Understanding of business digitization trends. Knowledge of the basics of corporate law, including work with contracts, labor legislation and protection of intellectual property. Experience in identifying risks, developing plans to minimize them and responding to crisis situations. Ability to negotiate, effectively manage conflicts and work with the media to shape the public image of the company. Understanding of the specifics of the EdTech industry and innovations in the field of e-learning, will be a plus. Leadership qualities and team management skills to achieve high efficiency and implementation of the strategytegical goals of the company. Working conditions. Work format: remote work/hybrid option.
