Client is a private equity firm and is looking for a CEO to oversee middle market portfolio companies. Our client partners with management to drive continued growth and value by creating a Board of Directors. Looking for an individual to sharpen strategy and execution, and deliver organic and acquisitive growth. RESPONSIBILITES: 25+ years of progressive financial management experience including, ideally, a minimum of 8+ years of recent CEO or Board of Directors experience.Demonstrated financial leadership and business analysis capabilities within a high growth company.An extensive background in manufacturing, technology and or industrial distribution experience is preferred.Business acquisition and integration acumen is strongly desired.Previous experience as a financial leader in a PE-backed environment with P&L responsibility.Big 4 experienceRequirementsUndergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA is preferred.CPA, with prior experience in Big 4 accounting firms.
