You are 99% future CEO at SPEKA if:

1. You have experience in a managerial position in the media niche (or related fields: E-commerce, PR, Digital, etc.).

2. You are interested in the media market, you know how to analyze it, the indicators of the media resource, as well as the needs of customers and readers.

3. Ready to create and implement a business strategy.

Your future tasks:

1. Development of long-term plans, determination of the company's development strategy and its implementation.

2. Finding new opportunities for business development.

3. Cost control, ensuring the company's financial stability.

4. Communication with investors, partners, clients.

5. Analysis of publication efficiency and sales volumes.

6. Identification of the most effective sectors of the sales market.

7. Management of the process of restructuring and modernization of services.
