We are looking for a Chief Executive Officer who will be responsible for all CPA network activities, customer acquisition and profitability.

• deal with the formulation of the company's strategic goals together with the top management team;
• formulate and distribute goals and tasks to subordinates with the aim of implementing the company's overall strategy;
• ensure constant control over the implementation of strategic and operational tasks;
• be responsible for the optimization of all operational processes in the partner program;
• analyze business financial performance and margin to adjust future results;
• manage the CPA team;
• participate in speeches at conferences, interviews and other public events;
• to develop SRA with the aim of increasing its recognition.

We expect from you:

• work experience in a similar position from 2 years;
• understanding the functions and processes of the CPA of the network;
• strong analytical skills to determine strategies for optimization and management of financial resources;
• deep understanding of finance and unit economics;
• deep understanding of marketing principles and the ability to apply them to attract customers;
• ability to develop relationships with clients;
• understanding the concept and principles of sales funnels and being able to optimize them;
• expressed leadership qualities and the ability to motivate the team to achieve the set tasks.
