We are looking for a pivotal expert — Chief Executive Officer, to lead the expansion into untapped regions on behalf of our partner.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Develop and implement the company’s growth strategy in the region, taking into account local specifics and the competitive landscape;
• Present region-specific growth strategies to the board members, articulating insights and recommendations;
• Oversee all aspects of the company’s regional operations, including marketing, sales, finance, operations, and personnel management;
• Build and maintain effective relationships with partners, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders in the region;
• Ensure the execution of the company’s strategic and financial plans, as well as the achievement of set goals and performance indicators;
• Foster a corporate culture, motivate and develop employees, and build a team of highly skilled professionals;
• Monitor market trends and analyze competitors to identify strategic opportunities and threats;
• Explore new regions for expanding the company’s operations and developing new markets.

Essential professional experience:

• At least 5 years of experience in senior management positions in the online gambling industry or a similar sector, including high-risk industries, with a preference for experience in startups;
• Strong analytical skills and an entrepreneurial mindset to make strategic decisions and assess potential risks and opportunities;
• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or management preferred;
• Knowledge of the local market and gambling legislation;
• Demonstrated experience in business development and team management in fast-growing and changing environments;
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate the team to achieve common goals.

• Розробляти та впроваджувати стратегію розвитку компанії в регіоні з урахуванням місцевої специфіки та конкурентного середовища;
• Презентувати стратегію зростання в регіоні членам правління, формулюючи свої ідеї та рекомендації;
• Контролювати всі аспекти регіональної діяльності компанії, включаючи маркетинг, продажі, фінанси, операційну діяльність та управління персоналом;
• Будувати та підтримувати ефективні відносини з партнерами, регуляторними органами та іншими зацікавленими сторонами;
• Забезпечувати виконання стратегічних та фінансових планів компанії, а також досягнення поставлених цілей та показників ефективності;
• Розвивати корпоративну культуру, мотивувати та розвивати співробітників, формувати команду висококваліфікованих професіоналів;
• Відстежувати ринкові тенденції та аналізувати конкурентів для виявлення стратегічних можливостей та потенційних загроз;
• Досліджувати нові регіони для розширення діяльності компанії та освоєння нових ринків.

Необхідний професійний досвід:

• від 5 років досвіду роботи на керівних посадах в індустрії онлайн-гемблінгу або аналогічному секторі, включаючи галузі з високим рівнем ризику, з перевагою досвіду роботи в стартапах;
• Сильні аналітичні навички та підприємницький склад розуму для прийняття стратегічних рішень та оцінки потенційних ризиків і можливостей;
• Бажано мати ступінь бакалавра в галузі бізнесу, економіки або менеджменту;
• Знання місцевого ринку та законодавства;
• Підтверджений досвід розвитку бізнесу та управління командою у швидкозростаючому та мінливому середовищі;
