The company operates across 9 states, with headquarters in both Texas and Maryland, and a team of 130 dedicated professionals.Role OverviewAs the CEO you will serve as the face of the organization, engaging directly with clients and leading senior staff.This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Executive Officer, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the firm, including financial management, operations management, business planning, sales, and strategic planning.You will be entrusted with overseeing all operational aspects of the company, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. We are seeking a candidate with expertise in organizational HR operations, organizational solutions, and strategy formulation.
