We are looking forChief Executive Officer, who will be responsible for all CPA network activities, customer acquisition and profitability.engage in formulating the strategic goals of the company together with the top management team;
formulate and distribute goals and tasks to subordinates in order to implement the company's overall strategy;
ensure constant control over the implementation of strategic and operational tasks;
responsible for optimizing all operational processes in the affiliate program;
analyze business figures margin to adjust future results;
manage the CPA team;
participate in conferences, interviews and other public events events;
develop CPA in order to increase its recognition.
From you we expect:
2 years of experience in a similar position;
understanding of network CPA functions and processes;
strong analytical skills to determine strategies for optimization and management of financial resources;
deep understanding of finance and unit economics;
deep understanding of marketing principles and the ability to apply them to attract customers;
ability to develop relationships with clients;
understanding the concept and principles of sales funnels and being able to optimize them;
expressed leadership qualities and the ability to motivate the team to achieve set goals.
