• CEO position for at least two years;

• Higher education, preferably law (but not mandatory);

• Additional: MBA, Lectures and seminars on time management, marketing, HR;

• Knowledge of the English language;

• Ability to manage projects;

• Crisis communication within the team;

• Ability to organize a large volume of tasks and control their execution;

• Implementation of regulations and instructions, control of their action and application;

• Organization and provision of administrative and economic activities of the office;

• Control of the process of purchasing goods and services;

• Ensuring office security;

• Ensuring compliance of the company's work with the current legislation of Ukraine;

• Control and implementation of strategic tasks;

• Participation in planning, development and determination of priority areas of development;

• Operational management and achievement of financial and economic indicators of business;

• Development and implementation of strategies for optimizing the company's business processes;

• Planning, budget implementation and cost optimization;

• Control of the implementation of the human resources management strategy;

• Update of recruitment, motivation and personal development systemsin accordance with market conditions;

• Implementation and control of strategic tasks;

• Preparation of reports for owners;< /p>

• CRM-system implementation.
