Responsibilities:

• Lead the company's current e-commerce projects.
• Form and develop a team.
• Develop and implement strategies for growth and scaling of projects.
• Introduce innovative ideas to enhance competitiveness.
• Manage operational activities and ensure task completion.

Requirements:

• Experience in executive positions in e-commerce, preferably in the fruits and vegetables sector.
• Experience in team formation and management.
• Excellent strategic planning and project management skills.
• Knowledge of the e-commerce market and current trends.
• High level of self-organization and responsibility.
