Functional responsibilities:

• customer support of digital channels: remote service systems (web and mobile application) and H2H solutions. Consultations, solving technical issues
• administering user rights
• drafting specifications and user manuals
• processing documents related to the administration of user rights
• testing updates to the remote service system

Requirements for candidates:

• higher technical education
• experienced user PC: MS Windows/ Office
• knowledge of English (intermediate level)
• ability to communicate politely
• attention to details
