Higher education (technical, metallurgical); Experience in management positions; Ability to manage a large team; Excellent communication skills; Ability to make decisions under limited deadlines; High responsibility and result orientation; Understanding the principles of efficient use of resources. What tasks will the employee perform? Development and implementation of technical solutions to optimize production; Coordination of the work of the technical service units of the enterprise; Nasam in front of the mechanic and power engineering services; Ensures the preservation and correct technical operation of engineering networks, non-residential premises and structures that are on the balance sheet of the company and the equipment installed in them; Organizes periodic inspection of the technical condition of the engineering equipment of the premises, takes measures to eliminate identified deficiencies. Monitors equipment repair work. Organizes training and knowledge testing of workers of the labor protection society. Development and implementation of measures to improve the technical condition of equipment; Planning and control of costs for repair and maintenance work; Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements for occupational safety and environmental protection. Recruitment of personnel in sub-departmental structures; Control over the maintenance of the necessary documentation, reporting; Interaction with the controlling bodies.
