Provides, by telephone, consulting assistance to trade and service enterprises with issues of the functionality of POS-terminals within the scope of the granted powers.Performs technological support and maintenance of ATM management systems, IPT, monitoring the operation of the ATM network, IPT. information on the results of monitoring the performance of the ATM network, IPT in operational mode for transfer to the bank's divisions. Takes necessary measures to eliminate incidents (unusual situations) that arise in the operation of the WAY4 authorization system, Cardmanagement modules, WEB-banking, the bank's terminal network. on a rotating basis, regulatory procedures for closing the banking day in the WAY4 processing system. Performs regulatory procedures for ensuring file exchange between the bank's regional offices and the WAY4 processing system. Performs technological operations of interaction with the MPS/NPS "PROSTIR" regarding the processing of clearing files. For this position, the following are required: higher education; desirable work experience in this direction from the 1st year; knowledge of the English language at a basic level.
