Concord Project is a leading company in the field of architectural design and construction management in Ukraine. In 2023, we implemented 49 projects worth 70,000,000 hryvnias. In 2024, we face new ambitious challenges, so we are looking for a highly qualified specialist - the Chief Project Engineer, who will be able to realize his potential in leading a team of designers. What do you need to do? form a team of project developers, draw up and agree technical terms of reference for design, as well as issue project documentation; to control the technical and economic level of adopted design decisions, the terms of development of design and estimate documentation; to make timely and constructive decisions regarding the elimination of deviations found in design and construction; to ensure compliance of projects with the design task; to coordinate design documentation with state supervision bodies; to organize the process of copyright supervision of compliance with approved project decisions.
