Chief Project Engineer (PI) in Innova-D

We are looking for an experienced GP who knows how to not just coordinate sections, but to see the project as a whole - from concept to implementation. We need a leader with system thinking who is able to make technical decisions and take responsibility for the result.

Main duties:

• Complex management of the project at all stages (P, R, RP);

• Coordination works of architects and engineers (KZ, BC, VC, OV, etc.);

• Control of compliance of the DBN project with the normative base;

• Formation of technical tasks and verification of project solutions;

• Interaction with the customer, contractors and expert organizations;

• Support of the project during examination;

• Control of deadlines and quality of work.

Requirements:

• Higher technical education (PCB or related);

• Experience work as a GIP or lead engineer;

• Having a design engineer certificate (will be an advantage);

• In-depth knowledge of DBN and regulatory framework;

• Understanding all major engineering sections;

• Experience of passing expertise;

• Ability to organize a team and make responsible decisions;

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit (preferred), Microsoft Office.

Comment on salary:

The level of payment depends on project management experience, the complexity of the objects in the portfolio, the presence of a certificate, experience in examination, the level of mastery of BIM technologies and the ability to independently coordinate all sections of the project.
