Chief Project Engineer (PI) in Industrialniy park MIKOLAYiV, TOV

Industrial park "MYKOLAIV", a new industrial park, which is in the stage of creation, invites to the team the chief engineer of the project. Our group of companies has experience in creating and ensuring the operation of one of the most successful industrial parks in Ukraine, which has become a location for many modern productions of both Ukrainian and foreign companies.

The area of ​​responsibility includes technical management of project work, coordination of the work of contractors and subcontractors, construction supervision, participation in the preparation of technical materials for the industrial park to receive state and local support for the development of the park's infrastructure. 

The main responsibilities include the development of the technical task, control over the execution of works, checking of project documentation, preparation of data for conclusion of contracts and ensuring compliance of construction with norms and requirements. 

Key responsibilities:

• Technical management: general technical management at all stages of the project, from development to commissioning.
• Coordination of project work: coordination of the work of the general designer and other contracting organizations.
• Development of project documentation: participation in the development of technical tasks and control of the development of individual sections of the project.
• Supervision: Supervises the construction, installation works and commissioning of the object.
• Preparation contracts: preparation of the necessary data for concluding contracts related to project activities.

Necessary qualification requirements:

• Higher technical education (according to the field of design).
• Relevant work experience and knowledge of regional specifics of design and execution of works.
• Qualification certificate a design engineer with the appropriate specialization will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of the English language will be an advantage.
