Chief project engineer (construction direction) in STEM Inzhiniring, TOV

Purpose of the position: Management of technical solutions during the life cycle of the project in order to achieve optimal technical and economic indicators and meet the needs of the client. Main functions: Management of the project team and subcontractors, preparation and control of issuing tasks; Management of the main indicators of the project (terms, resources, volumes, quality); Interaction with the customer, including meetings with the customer, coordination of the main decisions and documentation with the customer, reporting on the project; Development and verification of project documentation of the TEO, P, R stages; Execution and verification of calculations; Coordination and control over the development of project documentation to achieve optimal project solutions; Optimization and control of the scope of work (BОQ) during the development of PD and construction; Conducting author supervision and technical support during construction work on the site; Organization and support of the project in expertise; Management of the construction direction in the company - training, monitoring of the materials market and services, Legislative base by direction. Requirements: Higher construction education; Experience in the development of project documentation of industrial facilities (more than 5 years); Experience of GIP work in industrial facilities (at least 2 years); laws and by-laws that regulate activities in the design and construction of industrial facilities; Ability to work in a team; Confident user of office programs, AutoCAD/Revit/AutoCAD MEP; Good communication skills, including English language skills; GIP certificate (certified engineer ).The main areas of competence that the company needs and values: Employment conditions: Salary — salary 30,000 — 40,000 UAH. + bonus for project results up to 25%; Employment contract in accordance with the Labor Code of Ukraine, possibly for a specific project; Probationary period — 2 months; Vacation — 24 days; Compensation for business trip expenses; Compensation for the use of personal vehicles; Provision of a workplace, PPE, office technology.
