Requirements:

• Full higher education in the field of engineering.
• Experience of working as an engineer in production for at least 3 years.
• Knowledge of production technology flour and pasta, works of milling and food equipment.
• Understanding the principles of automation and the operation of control and measuring devices.
• Ability to work with technical documentation.
• A confident PC user, knowledge of programs: 1C, Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Responsibility, attentiveness, self-organization, orientation on the result.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implementation of technological processes for the production of flour and pasta products.
• Selection, procurement, participation in assembly and adjustment of technological equipment.
• Organization of technical maintenance, repair, and audit of the condition of equipment.
• Control of the operation of systems: electricity, gas, water supply, ventilation, compressed air, cooling, boiler room, etc.
• Planning and control of the technical budget, cost optimization.
• Implementation of measures to save energy and increase production efficiency.
• Technical supervision of assembly and commissioning works.
• Preparation of technical documentation, reports, participation in internal audits and inventories.
• Interaction with state bodies (city councils, TsNAP, BTI, Architecture, REM, UGG, etc.).
• Control of compliance with labor protection, fire and environmental safety standards.
