Key tasks:

• Managing IT processes;
• Tracking relationships between processes;
< li>Implementation of key performance indicators (KPI) of IT processes;
• Quality control of the operation of IT processes;
• Formation and provision of analytical reporting of IT processes to the Bank's management;
• Participating in the improvement of implemented IT processes;

For this position, you need:

• Higher education ;
• Experience in developing IT processes and their support will be an advantage
