We are looking for an innovator in the construction industry who will implement modern project solutions into life: Chief Project Engineer (PI).

• Higher specialized education;
• Implementation of projects in the field of PCB;
• Work experience of 5 years or more ;
• Having analytical knowledge and skills regarding all construction processes from the design decision on paper to its implementation in life!
• Perfect knowledge of building regulations (DBN);
• High level of moral and ethical discipline, management skills, honesty is the most important thing for us!
• A confident PC user, perfect command of project management in CRM systems will be an advantage.

What will you do:

• Compilation of the project budget, work schedule, time management, cost management;
• Preparation of tender documentation for construction projects in cooperation with the VTV department and estimators;
• Checking PVR, technological maps;
• Working with subcontracting organizations;
• Checking the maintenance of executive documentation at the facilities;
• Incoming control of project documentation;

• Communications with the customer (operational resolution of decisions arising in the course of project implementation, approval of acts of completed works, contractual prices, additional agreements, etc.).
