Chief engineer of the project in STATUS GROUP, TOV

Responsibilities: - Organization of the development of the P,R stage of all construction objects at the enterprise; - Verification of calculations, structures, engineering, etc.; - Obtaining initial data; - Operational selection of contractors-designers; - Obtaining permits and certificates for construction; - Signing drawings from working documentation, sections and engineering networks for transfer to construction. Necessary experience: - Higher technical education in the field of construction or engineering; - Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a similar position; - Knowledge of legislation and regulatory acts in in the field of construction; - Experience in managing construction projects and performing engineering works; - Ability to work with professional programs and technical documents; - High communication and leadership skills; - Possession of the SS3 certificate.
