Chief engineer for capital construction in Polisan

The "POLISAN" company invites a Chief engineer for capital construction to work in the construction department.

Requirements:

• Higher education — industrial and civil construction.
• Experience of technical control over the progress of design and construction and installation work.
• Experience of work in the construction of industrial and residential buildings, a list of implemented project solutions
• Knowledge of design technology.
• User of AutoCad and other specialized programs, a standard set of office programs.
• Experience in multitasking.
• Ability to work in a team, responsibility for decisions, efficiency, communication and diligence.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the implementation of capital construction plans.
• Receiving initial data and preparing a design task for the design and technical department.
• Development of pre-project proposals (concept).
• Control over design and timely issuance of design and estimate documentation; checking the completeness and quality of design and estimate documentation for transfer to the capital construction department.
• Ensures the coordination of design documentation with supervisory organizations.
• Technical supervision of the correctness of construction and assembly and special works,< /li>
• Ensures construction schedules and high-quality execution in accordance with approved design and estimate documentation, technical conditions, construction standards and rules.
• Ensures acceptance of completed construction and assembly and special works, actuation of hidden works, technical acceptance of objects ready for operation.
• Controls the preparation of documentation for placing objects into operation.
• Controls the implementation by employees of the department of rules on labor protection, environmental protection, industrial sanitation and fire protection security.
• Manages the design and technical department and the capital construction department.

Working conditions:

• Office - str. Ivan Piddubnoy, 25. Delivery of employees to the enterprise and in the opposite direction. Transport for visiting construction sites is provided.
