Requirements:

• Higher education (engineering and technical);
• perfect PC knowledge;
• 5 years of experience in a similar position (industrial construction);
• experience of managing a large industrial facility;
• impeccable work skills with technical and project documentation;
• knowledge of engineering systems of residential, non-residential and industrial buildings;
• knowledge of rules operation of buildings, structures, principles of operation of engineering systems and equipment;
• knowledge of design and estimate documentation and executive documentation;
• decent, ready for active work on objects of various complexity.
• experience and skills organize work on the construction site, the ability to negotiate with the customer;
• the ability to work with a large amount of information and make decisions under conditions of limited time.

Responsibilities:

• development and control of project schedules (plans), ensuring their successful implementation;
• control the current state of construction of objects;
• organization and support of the full cycle of construction of objects;
• coordination and control of work with subcontracting organizations;
• solving technical and organizational problems, advising employees on technical issues;
• carry out selection of qualified employees;
• communication with representatives of the customer;
