The company JET UA (a service for the provision of electric scooters for rent) needs a Chief Engineer of the center for the maintenance of its own fleet of electric scooters. Responsibilities: Organization of service center work; Increasing the efficiency and improving the work of the service center; Control of the timing and quality of the repair of electric vehicles; Development of instructions and regulations for subordinates; Personnel selection, interaction with related departments; Control of material and technical support; Requirements: Higher technical education; Experience in optimization and analysis of business processes; 2 years of experience as a Chief Engineer or Service Center Manager is mandatory; Successful experience in leading a team of 10 or more people; Knowledge of the basics of the equipment repair process; Ability and willingness to independently participate in repairs at necessary; Experience in training subordinates, Quality control of work performed, Organization of work processes in the shop, Control of employees' working hours, Control of maintenance of equipment and special tools, Control of order and cleanliness in the rem zone, Organization of workplaces, Confident PC skills, Maintenance of documentation on the work of the service center, analysis of service requests, Maintenance of repair statistics; Terms and conditions :Place of work: service center in Kyiv, st.
