We are looking for a CHIEF ENGINEER . 

How do we see our candidate? ?

• MANDATORY project implementation experience in capital construction
• experience working on a construction site (on the line)
• developed analytical abilities, technical literacy
• higher specialized education
• knowledge of the normative construction base, DBN
• ability to perfectly read drawings
• PC knowledge (Word, Exel, Autocad) at the level of a confident user, knowledge of Microsoft Project will be an advantage, but not mandatory.< /li>
• Management skills and the ability to organize the work of a team
• READNESS FOR ASSIGNMENTS
• Personal discipline, punctuality, responsibility in decision-making, honesty 

What should be done?

• Project budgeting, work schedule, deadline management, cost management works
• Preparation of tender documentation for construction projects in cooperation with the VTV department and estimators.
• Checking of PVR, technological maps.
• Working with subcontracting organizations.
• li>Checking the maintenance of executive documentation at the objects.
• Incoming control of project documentation.
• Communication with the customer (operational resolution of decisions arising in the course of project implementation, approval of acts of completed works, contractual prices, additional agreements, etc.)
• It is desirable to have your own car and driver's license bold">Business trips around Ukraine (1-2 times a month)
