Chief Engineer (Construction Manager) in PBK YuKOM

Company "PBK Yukom" - specializes in the implementation of a full cycle of construction as a general contractor: from the construction of housing to commercial and industrial objects, invites to its team a chief engineer, technical director in a construction company.

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar position for at least 5 years (experience working in general contracting organizations will be an advantage);
• Knowledge of modern design and construction technologies, engineering systems, building materials;
• Knowledge of the current State Labor Standards of Ukraine;
• Knowledge of the basics and principles of pricing in construction, understanding of the economic component of the project, ways to minimize costs;
• Knowledge of legislation on labor protection, electrical safety, fire safety in construction;
• Free PC ownership; package MS Word, MS Excel, AutoCad; e-mail.
• Availability of own transport
• Ability to move around the region;
• Higher construction education;

Responsibilities:

• control of deadlines and quality of work;
• control of executive documentation;
• control of security compliance labor and fire safety at the construction site;
• participation in the development, approval and coordination of construction documentation;
• organization and selection of contractors and construction crews;
• organization of work on construction site;
• organization of drawing up estimates according to project documentation;
• organization of handover/acceptance of the completed scope of work to the representative of the customer.

Working conditions :

• schedule work Mon-Fri 8:00-17:00 (visits to facilities);
• salary from 25,000 UAH. — depends on the candidate's level of preparation;
