Chief engineer, construction in Budmaydan, PP, VPF

What we expect from you:

• Higher engineering and construction education.
• Experience in similar positions for at least 5 years.
• Ability to read technical documentation.
• Knowledge of building regulations and rules and pricing rules in construction;
• Knowledge of construction technologies and standards.
• Understanding the procedure for developing design and estimate documentation
• Confident PC user, ability to work in construction programs (PC knowledge (Word, Exel, Autocad).
• Ability to work in a team.
• High responsibility, organization and attention to details.

Your Responsibilities:

• Full engineering support for the implementation of construction projects;
• Organization of delivery / acceptance of the completed scope of work to the representative of the customer, the technical supervision engineer;
• Maintenance of construction and technical documentation.
• Visit to objects for technical supervision, quality control, scope of completed works.

• Participation in drawing up the general schedule of work at the facility, its agreement with the executors.
• Control of the terms of repair and finishing works in accordance with the approved schedule.
• Verification of volumes of completed works, preparation and handing over to customers of acts of completed works;
• Control of material and technical support of the project, write-off and accounting of goods and material values;
• Interaction with foremen, foremen on objects.
