Main requirements: Direction of construction: work with project documentation (permitting documents are such as a general plan, town planning, a detailed plan, carrying out geodetic and geological work on the construction site); submission of all project documents to relevant authorities (expertise and DIAM); Direction of energy: work with project documentation (green energy, solar panels and windmills); work with current issues of the internal work of the unit, maintenance of service centers and office premises of the enterprise; Direction of labor and environmental protection: work with permit documentation, checking the level of qualification of employees Budgeting of the direction; Control of the schedule and quality of the execution of work according to the project within the approved terms; Coordination of the work of the foremen , purchasers, subcontractors and suppliers Main responsibilities: Experience of working as a Chief Engineer for 3 years or more; Complete higher technical education in the relevant field of training — energy, electrical engineering; Experience of working with project documentation in construction; Experience of managing new projects from inception to commissioning ;Ability to manage projects and coordinate team work;Developed managerial and organizational skills; analytical system thinking; initiative, independence; results orientation; Driver's license and readiness for business trips.
