The leader of infrastructure construction of Ukraine invites you to participate in the competition for the position of Chief Engineer. Functions: technical management of construction projects. Responsibilities: full engineering support for the implementation of construction projects; increasing the level of engineering training and organization of production, control over compliance with the quality of the work performed; organization development and implementation of works projects; improvement of the organization of construction production and management; ensuring a high level of technical preparation of production and its constant growth, increasing production efficiency and labor productivity, reducing costs (material, financial, labor), rational use of production resources; carrying out control over compliance with design, construction and technological discipline; development and control over the execution of work schedules; control of material and technical support of the project, write-off and accounting of commodity and tangible values; verification of the scope of work performed, preparation and delivery of acts of work performed to customers; control of expenditures within the budget of the project; improvement of internal regulations, attestation of workplaces; communication with developers of design and estimate documentation, quality control of proposed design solutions; Requirements: Higher education. Practical work experience of 10 years or more. communication skills, the ability to negotiate, clearly and structured to express your opinions. Willingness to take responsibility for one's work and the result, proactivity, initiative, sociability. Ability to see opportunities and risks, conduct independent comprehensive analysis in conditions of limited information; excellent knowledge of construction standards and rules and pricing rules in construction; excellent understanding of the procedure for developing design estimate documentation; readiness for business trips.
