That is why we are looking for a CHIEF ENGINEER in the team, who will become the driver of these changes and strengthen the process of transforming the company into a highly efficient system.

Your zone Responsibilities

The Chief Engineer heads the Technical Department of the company and is responsible for ensuring that the objects are built on time, according to quality standards and the terms of the contract. To ensure this result, you will have four key divisions under your direct supervision: Production and Technical Department (VTV), Technical Support Department, Product Production Department (Metal Structures) and Construction Department.

Key challenges and tasks

1. System management and team management:

• Management by managers: approval of weekly plans, monitoring performance of indicators (metrics, deadlines), holding regular meetings (planners, coordination).
• Team development: training and motivation of direct subordinates (head of departments).
• Orientation on results:evaluation of the work of departments, search for ways to improve their efficiency and direct implementation of these solutions in the company's work processes.

2. Complex technical management:

• Technical support: control of project implementation from design to facility commissioning.
• Elimination of collisions: ensuring technical consistency between project solutions, production and the construction site.

3. Optimization and standardization:

• Business processes: analysis of current processes, identification of "bottlenecks", development and implementation of uniform technical standards.
• Efficiency of resource use: optimization of the use of material, time and human resources of the company.
• Working with risks: forecasting technical risks and developing preventive measures events.

Portrait of our ideal candidate

We expect you to have successful experience working in systemic construction companies and understand how to build processes, not "put out fires".

Professional skills:

• Higher construction/engineering education (PCB preferred).
• Experience in management positions in construction from 5 years.
• Understanding the specifics of frame construction and metal construction production technology (preferred).
• Make decisions and take responsibility.

Management skills:

• ability to manage not line personnel, but managers
• system thinking
• ability to motivate a team, train, provide quality feedback and resolve conflicts
• high level of self-organization and stress resistance
