Responsibilities:

• Ensuring adherence to schedules and quality of work;
• Resolving technical issues and interacting with other company departments; .
• Knowledge of the regulatory framework and documentation that regulates activities in construction (DBN, DSTU, TU, sanitary standards, safety technology, etc.).
• Ability to defend the company's position in front of the customer, the ability to build relations with the subcontractor.
• Independence, the ability to set priorities, speed at work.
• Working with drawings
• Control over production activities at the facility;
• Designing and maintaining necessary documentation;
• Reading technical documentation (drawings, diagrams);

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher education by profession
• Experience of working with state projects
• Experience of working in a similar position for 3 years or more;
• Control of execution of work schedules and design sections, quality of design works.
• Work with the customer, participation in work meetings, conducting business correspondence with the customer
• Mandatory work experience in the field of construction (reading work schedules, drawings; knowledge of modern technologies and materials; ability to calculate the amount of materials; knowledge of the technology of interior decoration processes, as well as work experience for carrying out general construction works; knowledge of standards for accepting the work of masters of decoration, electricians, plumbers and engineering boundaries).
