Our regular client in Brovary, MERGEL TRADE, a general designer of architectural objects, expands the team and invites a Chief Project Engineer (PI)

MERGEL TRADE is a design residential multi-functional complexes, industrial-warehouse and public buildings of various complexity and construction support from concept development to facility commissioning. 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday - Friday

Areas of responsibility:

• Development of design tasks and project work schedules.
• Coordination of initial data with customers and subcontractors.
• Organization and coordination of project and work documentation development.
• Control of project solutions for compliance with current regulatory requirements.
• Coordination of technical solutions between various sections.
• Assistance in project documentation examinations
• Participation in author supervision during construction.

Wishes for candidates:

• Higher education in the field of engineering or construction.
• Work experience in the position of GIP from 2 years.
• Practical experience in the implementation of completed objects will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit is an advantage.
• Technical decision-making and team coordination skills.
• Design Engineer Certificate (CC3) preferred
