Primary Responsibilities:

• Management technical processes of construction, control over the execution of works.
• Organization and coordination of works, control over the execution of construction norms and standards.
• Management and monitoring of execution schedules works, ensuring compliance with project deadlines and budgets.
• Interaction with contractors, suppliers and other interested parties.
• Supervising construction works.
• Ensuring compliance with requirements safety at construction sites.
• Preparation and submission of reports, analysis of technical indicators.
• Conducting performance quality control checks works.

Requirements for candidates:

• Higher technical education in the field of construction (civil engineer, architecture).

• Experience in a similar job is welcome.
• Knowledge and experience in applying current building codes, standards and legislation.
• Desirable experience in project management, team management and resources.
• Communication skills, ability to make decisions in difficult situations.
