Functional duties: Preparation of contracts that accompany the process of lending to clients of international and large corporate businesses in compliance with the standards of the credit process and the conditions of the credit committee (agreements on the provision of financing, agreements on purchase and sale operations and exchange of foreign currency on forward terms, security contracts, insurance contracts); Verification and approval of corporate guarantees/letters of credit/LOCs issued by foreign banks/parent companies as collateral for credit operations; Support of the process of non-credit activity of clients: preparation, review, amendments to the Comprehensive Banking Service Agreement and accompanying applications for the provision of services, etc.; Coordination and control of the process of agreement of contracts by the involved divisions of the bank. Storing documents in electronic and paper credit files; Communicating with the client regarding the need to provide documents. Requirements for candidates: Higher education in finance/ banking/ accounting/ business economics; Work experience in a similar or related position for at least 2 years; Understanding of the process lending to legal entities; Understanding of the decision-making process regarding the provision of banking services; Knowledge of the English language at a level not lower than Intermediate; Confident PC user (primarily, MS Excel, Word); Administrative skills; Organization, ability to set and adhere to established deadlines, accuracy and attentiveness to the details; Initiative and responsibility - willingness to act proactively, identifying opportunities and forecasting changes.
