The main functional duties of the position: Support of operations with payment cards within the scope of competence (setting/changing limits, reissuing cards, etc.); processing of customer applications for connection to the "SMS-message" service (in the MobiCard software complex) and additional services; advisory support to the Bank's contact center on card business customer service; claims work in accordance with the rules of the Visa International MPS; processing of written customer requests through the electronic system document management (SED); cooperation with the bank's partners in terms of support and development of the card business; organization of payment of bills and reconciliation of acts of completed work. Basic requirements: higher education; work experience in the division of card products (card business) from 1 year; knowledge of the current legislation of Ukraine, normative legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine, which regulate banking activities; command of the English language at a level not lower than elementary; experience of working in IS-Card will be an advantage.
