FUNCTIONAL DUTIES

• Control of calculations of the cost of services and goods based on cost;
• Control of the implementation of cross-sectional sales plans segments, business areas and products;
• Control of receivables and payables;
• Control of document flow and timely display of transactions in accounting;
• Planning of cash flows in limits of the current month;
• Working with contracts;
• Analysis of the planned/actual cost of works/materials in terms of projects;
• Providing consultations and informational support to internal clients.< /li>

 REQUIRED COMPETENCES, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS

• Successful work experience in positions with the required competencies: financial controller, chief economist, deputy chief accountant, financial director;
• Higher professional education;
• Experience in drawing up primary documentation, estimates, budgets, forms of financial reporting of the enterprise (an advantage for specialists in the construction field);

• Knowledge of norms and rules for creating relevant financial documents in accordance with the Legislation;
• Competent business communication;
• Knowledge of business correspondence;
• Experience of working with CRM- systems, 1C, GoogleDocs;
• Confident user of modern technology and all means of communication, messengers;
• Ability to work both independently and in a team;
• Analytical abilities ;
• Personal qualities: responsibility, attention to details, positive attitude.

 WORKING CONDITIONS

• Office next to the Vasylkivska metro;
• Work in the office, full-time, 5-day week - hybrid format upon approval after the Trial Period;
