Your skills: Experience in managing non-profit organizations, charitable foundations and similar organizations, or effective fundraising for at least 2 years. Candidates without nonprofit experience will not be considered. Successful fundraising experience, including work with grantmakers and other funding sources. Excellent organizational and communication skills, ability to interact with various stakeholders. Ability to work with military units. Knowledge of procurement, basic knowledge of initial documentation. High level ethics, responsibility and professionalism. The team expects from you: Development and implementation of strategic goals. Development and implementation of fund development strategies that correspond to its mission and goals. Financial management. Responsibility for the effective management of the fund's financial resources, including the development and implementation of the budget, fundraising and ensuring financial stability. Team management. Hiring, training, motivation, and management of the fund's staff with the aim of achieving the set goals and effective functioning. Development and attraction of resources. Search for new donors and partners, organization of fundraising events, as well as production and distribution of promotional materials to attract support. Project management. Planning, implementation and monitoring of projects and programs of the fund, ensuring their compliance with the set goals and requirements. Interaction with the public and mass media. Presentation of the fund to the public, conducting communication campaigns, responding to inquiries from the media and other stakeholders. Compliance with legislation and standards. Ensuring compliance with all legal requirements and internal rules of the fund, as well as ensuring ethical and transparent conduct of activities. Monitoring and evaluation. Analysis of the fund's results, making adjustments to strategies and projects based on the received data and reporting. Representation of the fund. Representing the interests of the fund in front of government bodies, local communities and other stakeholders, lobbying for legislative changes in favor of the fund's mission.
