Key Responsibilities:

1. Design system development management:

• Development supervision (UX research, prototyping, development of UI components, implementation).

• Ensuring the application of Human-Centered Design methodology and Design Thinking approaches.

• Participation in the development of key components of the design system: personas, maps user paths, information architecture, prototypes, design libraries).

• Review of high-precision clickable prototypes for all elements of information architecture; control of the development of React components and integration with Storybook.

• Validation of research methods and their results.

• Development of recommendations for developers regarding the implementation of the design system and supervision at all stages of implementation.

2. Management of the development of the UX strategy and its implementation:

• Planning the evolution of the user experience taking into account the trends of media consumption (AI-powered services, new habits of users).

• Development of logic and solutions for the personalization of the user experience of interaction with the Ecosystem of digital products.

• Participation in the formation of the development plan ecosystem of digital products Social Media.

• Formation of requirements for new components and functionality based on analytics and feedback.

• Collaboration with product managers, developers and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Higher education.
• 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design of web and mobile applications.
• English level - from B1.

• Expert knowledge of Figma, understanding of capabilities Storybook.
