Chief designer in Esto

Hello! We are ISTO, an architecture and design studio. Our team of cool designers and architects creates design projects for private and commercial spaces. You must have seen our designs if you visited the World of comics or a coffee shop in Kyiv. Now we lack a talented chief designer. What will you do: Together with the team leader, lead projects from the first communication with the client to the successful delivery of the object; Analyze and optimize the work of the entire team; Work with logisticians; Brainstorm together with the team and monitor their work on projects; 3d visualization of the exterior/interior and the surrounding area; Adjust and coordinate project decisions. Cool if you are: A professional with ambitions in material and career growth; You have 2 years of management experience; You have excellent communication skills and leadership qualities; You know the specifics of suppliers in the Ukrainian and European markets; You are able to quickly respond to changes and find ways to accomplish tasks.
