We are a studio specializing in presentation and communication design, looking for a Lead Designer. Our ideal candidate will contribute to the creation of a variety of marketing and training materials, including presentations, social media materials, and brochures. Main tasks and responsibilities: Developing and maintaining complex brand systems for large organizations. Working on complex projects involving various parties, ensuring high quality and integrity of vision. Planning the work of both personal and fellow designers. Managing the work of the design team within several projects: setting tasks, providing feedback, critical analysis. Defining and supporting the professional development of the design team. Interaction with clients, project managers and designers from other organizations. Presentation of works to clients and discussion of projects with them. Development of design for presentations, digital (social media, banners, animations) and printed materials. Ensuring compliance of all works with the requirements of customers, their brands and design systems Candidate requirements: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the field of graphic design. English language skills at an above average level. Experience working on complex projects. Skills in organizing and leading a design team. Ability to plan and manage complex projects.
