Functional duties:< /p>

• · conduct checks, analyze customer behavior, detect suspicious or fraudulent transactions;
• · respond to and process fraudulent transactions (as well as any problems arising from these transactions );
• · minimize the number of chargebacks, fraudulent transactions or cases;
• · setting up anti-fraud system cases;
• · detect cases/schemes related to fraud , credit card, bank fraud, identity theft, phishing, etc.;
• · conduct official investigations;
• · contact cyber police/police, colleagues on the EMA forum on fraud issues, schemes, cases and fraud.

Main requirements:

• · experience in the field of Antifraud (individuals and legal entities, payment cards);
• · experience in building anti-fraud systems (setting up cases, conducting investigations, working with cyber police/police, EMA system);
• · skills in working with PTK Compass Plus (preferred);
• · knowledge of Visa international standards, PCI DSS and legislation on Financial Monitoring issues.
