JSC "Bank Credit Dnipro" — a universal bank offering a full range of financial and banking services — invites a Chief Customer Service Specialist to its team.
Main responsibilities:

-Organization and control of the operational and cashier work of the department;

- Consulting clients, sales and cross-selling of the Bank's products and services;

- Customer service in accordance with customer service quality standards across the entire spectrum of banking operations and products;

- Conducting customer identification and primary financial monitoring;

Requirements for the candidate:

-Higher financial and economic education;

- Experience in banking from 2 years (experience of accompanying legal entities will be considered an advantage);

- Possession of cross-selling skills and customer service standards;

- Knowledge of the relevant legislative framework of Ukraine and regulatory documents of the NBU;

- PC knowledge and skills at the level of a confident user;

- Developed communication skills, organizational skills;

- Experience in servicing legal entities.
