Chief specialist in customer research in the Compliance Department in Raiffeisen Bank Ukraine

Requirements

Your future duties:  

• Analysis of high-risk customers ( offshore, "sensitive" business sectors, public organizations, high-risk financial institutions, etc.) and banks to make a decision on entering or maintaining business relations.

• Processing of alerts regarding detected criminal proceedings and other negative information about clients.
• Implementation of thematic post-controls in order to identify violations and minimize the risks of legalization of income obtained through criminal means, and providing proposals for improving processes.
• Providing clarifications to the employees of the Bank in general and the Office in particular on the issues of due diligence of the client.
• Development, optimization, updating of customer identification procedures in accordance with existing business processes.
• Participation in the Bank's projects aimed at implementing the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine and the RBI Group on countering the legalization of criminal proceeds.
• Preparation of information and reporting by direction.
• Performance of other functions in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, normative documents of the Bank and decisions of the management and management bodies of the Bank.

Your experience and skills:

• Higher education (fields of law, auditing, business management or economics).

• Sufficient knowledge and skills to analyze laws and regulations applicable to banks in Ukraine, internal policies and professional standards.
• Work experience in the banking system of 2 years or more, in particular in the areas of risk management, internal audit or financial monitoring.
• Experience in customer due diligence and transaction analysis would be an advantage.
• Knowledge of the English language at level A2 and above (oral and written).
• High level of mastery of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Ability to systematically and logically analyze information and provide conclusions.
• Proactivity, attention to detail, ability to assess risk and strong communication skills.
