Requirements

• Knowledge of Ukrainian legislation in the areas of the election process, digital transformation, information protection and public service;
• Higher education (welcome in the field of "Information systems and technologies", "Computer science", "Software engineering", "Cybersecurity");
• Skills in working with information and information and communication systems;
• Basic knowledge administration of servers, networks and information security;
• Understanding the process of technical support for users and work with technical documentation;
• Analytical thinking, attention to details;
• Communication, the ability to understand people and communicate with different types of employees;
• Fluent command of the Ukrainian language.

Professional competence:

• Administration electronic document management systems, in particular SED "ASKOD";
• Working with personnel and accounting information systems (ISPro);
• Administration and support of the official website (CMS, IIS, SSL, backup);
• Support of multimedia and video conference systems, online broadcasts;
• Understanding the principles of cyber security, access control and monitoring of
   IT systems.

Main job duties:

• Development of technical requirements, technical tasks and other IT documentation;
• Administration and support of information systems and electronic services of the Commission;
• Ensuring continuous operation of SED and ISPro, web resources and internal IT systems;
• Technical support users and interaction with developers and contractors;
• Preparation of analytical materials and reports on the implementation of IT solutions.
