Chief construction engineer (general contractor) in Ukrainian Development Partners (UDP)

Currently, we have an open vacancy for a Chief Project Engineer.

What you will do:

• Formation and approval of technical project solutions at all stages of implementation
• Control of compliance of project documentation with the requirements of DBN, DSTU and TU
• Organization of interaction with special engineers, designers, author supervision
• Acceptance and approval of changes to project decisions during the construction process
• Organization and control of technical supervision work
• Ensuring occupational safety, safety and fire safety at the construction site
• Project risk management (technical, production, logistics)
• Formation and control of plans for provision of construction resources (materials, equipment, personnel)
• Participation in the adoption of responsible constructions and hidden works
• Control of facility preparation for commissioning
• Representation of the general contractor to the Customer in technical matters
• Organization of work on the accounting of the available material and technical base of the company's tools and equipment
• Organization and conduct of necessary production meetings, participation in company meetings.
• Interaction with company departments

We expect:

• Education is higher, PCB KNUBiA;
• Experience — from 5 years in a position in a general contracting organization;
• Knowledge — Auto Cad, Revit (preferred), BIM 360, English level A2+;
• Skills — knowledge of DBN, occupational health and safety regulations, construction production organization, regulations related to engineering networks (external and internal), Lean philosophy (preferred);
• Personal qualities — attention to detail, stress resistance, purposefulness, ability to find compromise solutions in difficult situations.
